This weekend Friday night meant ladies night. It isn't often that I go out to dinner with "the girls" so this was a big deal for me.
Pitiful, I know.
We met up at McAlisters Deli. We had planned to eat light just in case we felt like dessert later. Haha, just in case?! What a joke, we obviously knew that we were going to want dessert.

It was a little disappointing that so many ladies weren't able to make it and we had a small turnout. But a small group was really nice and personal.
After dinner we quickly decided that we all had plenty of room for dessert, shocking. We headed to a local cupcake shop, Cupcakes by Liz. I had yet to check this place out and was more than excited to finally go. It is the cutest, girly, cafe style cupcake shop that would make my little girls squeal with delight.
And the shop isn't the only thing that looks good!
Seriously, just look in that case. Oreo cupcakes, Peanut butter, White Chocolate Raspberry, German Chocolate and "miniature" chocolate cakes called: Just Kill Me!. I didn't even get a picture of all of the cookies there were to choose from!
This may have been the hardest decision I have made in months.
I finally decided on Pumpkin Caramel Cream Cheese.

So, so good.
Before we dug in and devoured our tasty treats we decided to take a "group picture" after all they were just as pretty as they were delicious.
We spent the next 2 hours eating, laughing and sharing with each other.
It was the perfect way to spend my Friday night.
So thankful for good friend and good cupcakes.
