Hello Friday!
Another Friday is here again and another school week is complete! Not that I am counting or anything... but I think the official count is at 3 weeks, 12 school days, approx 90 lessons and 72 hours left.

Oh how home school moms love their summers.
Speaking of home school, next week I am kicking off my home school mini series with part one. A few week ago I asked if you had questions and you did not disappoint.

What I was thinking would be one post, is now looking like three.
If you have a question that you want answered feel free to ask it in the comments.
FINALLY posted about my gallery wall for this weeks Tuesday Talk.
And did a "race recap" about the girls first fun run of the year.
So much fun!
I think I have a color picked. Next week I will share some ideas I have and details on what this face lift is going to include.
We will see you back here on Monday.
I love the Fun Run pictures! So cute!
ReplyDeleteI have the most difficult time settling on a paint color. Good luck!
Cute gallery wall!
Enjoy your weekend!
Your girls are just adorable! Picking the right color for your walls can be so tricky. In certain lights it might look one color & then in others a whole different color! Happy weekend, friend!
ReplyDeleteI am a teacher and I am right with you to counting down my weeks until summer!!! Chelsea @ thewilliamsjourney1.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteDo you have a sample of Dolphin Grey behr? I hear that one is good! Somebody was just mentioning it today.
ReplyDeleteYay for painting!! The race pics are so fun! Love- hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh painting is just the best. Maybe not the most fun but one of the best outcomes! The right color makes the biggest statement!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Stefanie! Paint is so tricky. I just want to get it right the first time!
ReplyDeleteYou too!
Oh goodness isn't that the truth! I've had the swatches taped to the wall for days now watching them in different light.
ReplyDeleteYou too!!!
I was thinking as I typed that, that this is how teachers must feel! We're SO close!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend.
You too friend! Enjoy your cuties!
ReplyDeleteWell, let's hope I get it right!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend girl!
I am like 99% sure I used that in my bedroom it is an EXCELLENT gray. A bit more "silver" than I want in that room though.
ReplyDeleteWe have a lot of grey in our home! We used Sherwin Williams Light French Grey. We love it! Hope y'all have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteGrays are tricky!! The lighting in the room makes a big difference so tape those samples up on your wall to get a good idea of the color. Hope you find the perfect shade for your house!!
ReplyDeleteThe race day photos are just perfection! All those smiles - I just love it.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what shade of "gragie" you chose. Seriously, who knew that gray came in so. many. shades?!!
Gray is tricky. I have also noticed that the shade seems to change colors throughout the day to depending on what kind of lighting is coming in the room at that time. So, so weird.
ReplyDeleteThanks girl, I hope I do!
I'll have to check that out.
ReplyDeleteWe had a great weekend. I hope you did to!
They had so much fun. It was really a great morning.
ReplyDeleteGraige is a CRAZY color. I really want a brownish tinge over a silver one so finding the right balance is REALLY hard. I think we will figure something out... I hope so at least.
I tackled the task of finding the perfect creamy pink, but not too pink, paint for M2's room. I literally had at least 25 paint swatches up on the wall and moved them from wall to wall at different times of the day until I found the right one. It was ridiculous, but I finally found just the right color.
ReplyDeleteGood luck in your Graige hunt!!
