Friday Favorites: Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!

I am honestly sitting here in shock. WHERE in the world did the month of October go?! Seriously I just don't understand (maybe I wasted it away watching baseball). I kind of was feeling a little bad since I was looking forward to the end of this month so much that I was wanting the first part to go by quickly. Well, it seems like my wish worked because *POOF* October is out of here.

This weeks Friday 5!

{ONE} Fall Bucket List.

We have had SO much fun working on this list. So much that I am feeling inspired to work on one for the Christmas season. Our list is not complete yet but it should be by the end of the day. We have a very busy, exciting day planned. 



{TWO} Half Marathon Weekend

Oh my word guys, it's here!


 I registered for this race at the end of May and it is FINALLY here. This is going to be half marathon #2 and my first big out of town race. I am beyond excited and just a tiny bit nervous. It is supposed to be in the mid 30's on Sunday morning so the weather is intimidating seeing I am not a fan of running in the cold. But I am confident this race is going to be great.
I can't wait to dish out the details next week. 

{THREE} My New Fall Dress

In case you missed it I posted a product review for eShakti yesterday showing off my favorite new dress. 


Yup, I am completely in love with it.

{FOUR} Trick Or Treat

I am so excited that tonight is Halloween but a bit bummed at the temps. Current low for tonight is 40 degrees. Bummer for the kids. 


We are heading over to my husbands parents house for pizza and some trick or treating. They have a great neighborhood with sidewalks. lots of porch lights and friendly faces. Plus it is so nice knowing that we are close to somewhere warm where we can retreat if it gets to be to cold for the girls.

    Ya'll do have an exciting day AND weekend planned! Does the family come along to your races when they are farther away from town? And you're right, I have NO clue where October went. On paper, November looks like it is going to feel even shorter!! It's that holiday bustle, I tell ya!

    Hey, thanks for sharing the book exchange!
    I wish we had a family neighborhood that we could borrow with sidewalks porch lights and friendly faces. Although you can keep the 40. It is suppose to be decent here tonight, and we even have a cold day in the forecast!!
    Before you know it it will be 2015. And you'll be like well shoot. These 3 months fly by. I think we really squeezed the festive out of Oct this year, and I am completely ready for one more trick or treat before taking down the decor and working our way to Thanksgiving! Yay holidays!
    So exciting that you are going to be checking...crossing off your last bits on the bucket list! Have a great Halloween night, stay warm.
