Another week has passed and it's Friday again.
We are one week closer to Thanksgiving and I can hardly wait. Thanksgiving means food, family and a week off of school.
Hallelujah!
This homeschooling family has been at it since early August and after 3 months of school we are ready for a much deserved break!
Now onto this weeks picks...
{ONE} Christmas Link-Up
Shameless plug, again.
So I am co-hosting my first link-up and it starts soon. I am so excited guys and I have been nothing but encouraged by all of you. Your comments of excitement and plans to link up with us have been so great to read.
{TWO} Nestle Delighfulls
Through my Bzz Agent account I was able try Nestle Toll House Delighfulls baking morsels.
Guys those chips are legit!
Yesterday I shared my FAVORITE Chocolate chip cookie recipe with lots of holiday baking to be done these cookies are a must try.
{THREE} New Christmas Pallet Sign
Last week I posted several choices to replace my fall pallet sign. Three photos all with different words or sayings. I asked for your opinions and you gave me some great advice, thank you.
What did I choose? Something totally different that wasn't even listed as an option, go figure. I was scrolling through my Pinterest Christmas board and it caught my eye, again, I HAD to make it.
I love the combination of pretty shiny ribbon and the rough aged pallet boards. It turned out even better than I had hoped it would.
{FOUR} Thankful Tree
We are on our second year of having a Thankful Tree in our house. I am so glad we started this tradition it is definitely a highlight to our day through the month of November.
{FIVE} Christmas Crafting In Progress
I have been so excited this week. I am loving all of my blogging/ Instagram buddies posting pictures of decorating for the holidays. I used to think that I was the crazy early lady but some of you definitely have me beat, and I LOVE IT! To distract myself from my urges to dig out the holiday decor I decided to do some holiday crafting instead. Every year I find all of these Pinterest things I would love to make and then I forget about them until January #FAIL. Well, not this year. I sat down Monday and I made a list, and a shopping list.
Here are a few projects I have been/will be working on for the next week.
Advent Calendar
This painting, on canvas
The projects WILL get done this year.... hopefully.
