Friday Highlights 1.9.15

Hello Friday! 

This has been our first week back to our regular schedule since mid December. I was dreading this week if I am being honest, DREADING. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised. The week went by quickly, school wasn't as awful as I expected, the hubby survived his first full work week in a LONG time and here we are already doing the Friday dance.

Now onto our regular Friday routine


{ONE} Grace
I poured out my heart in what was probably the most transparent post I have ever published this week. I had assumed what I was writing was really just for me, I was wrong. I am completely overwhelmed and humbled by how many of you this post has resonated with. 

We are never as alone in our struggles as the devil tries to make us think we are.

{THREE} TRESemme Vox Box
I was so excited to receive another great Vox Box from Influenster.  This box was all about the hair, featuring the TRESemme Keratin smooth hair system. 

I don't always fix my hair but when I do, I want it to look good. And I have A LOT of hair to mess with.

For your viewing pleasure here is a bare faced me (all except some residual eye-liner).
This stuff works ladies. I washed, conditioned and dried my hair then straightened to activate and voila.

Yesterday I shared what it means to be a "no reply" blogger.
The struggle is real folks. Make sure your settings are fixed and even if you have fixed them before, keep an eye on them. I have heard reports where Google Plus will change your settings back from time to time.
